Ken has just completed his new book, “Heaven and Earth: Landscapes of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.”
It’s a beautiful photographic journey that highlights four decades of travel through the Bible Lands. Ken writes, “The mountain tops would be reason enough… Mount Sinai, Mount Moriah, the Mount of Olives, the Mount of Beatitudes, to name just a few. But there’s been so much more. There’ve been seas as well, rivers, deserts and archaeological excavations that have time and again renewed my faith in the scriptures written thousands of years ago.”
I’m excited about our new calendars, which just arrived, featuring my photos of Jerusalem. “The Lord Dwells in Zion” was created and printed in Israel with an abundance of features to keep you informed as the year progresses.
We have some great programming coming up on Zola Levitt Presents that includes some teaching by our good friend Eitan Shishkoff in a series titled, “Called Together.” In addition to Eitan’s insightful teaching, there will be interviews, music and even Hebrew lessons. Stay tuned my friend.
It’s been an honor to work on a project for the Museum of the Bible which will open in Washington DC next year. In June 2016 I’ll be in the Galilee area producing a film about Herod Antipas and his failed efforts to build a kingdom of stone, not understanding that at the same time Jesus was building a more lasting one made of people.
